History

Worldwide TechServices traces its corporate history back to 1951 and the founding of Wang Laboratories.  From its origins as a service division of Wang, the company has grown by keeping its focus on delivering unmatched technical services, while expanding its people and systems to cover the globe.

1951: Wang Founded
1999: Getronics acquires Wang
2000: QualxServ Spins off from Getronics
2009: QualxServ Acquires BancTec
2010: QualxServ Relaunched as Worldwide TechServices
