Worldwide TechServices recognizes that balancing our personal and work lives can be very difficult. We provide an EAP and Work/Family support program to help balance these demands. This is a company-paid, completely confidential program offered to eligible employees. This program provides confidential help through referrals to services for:

- Assistance with balancing work and family demands
- Referrals to legal and financial resources
- Assistance with stress management
- Counseling on adoption
- Help with career planning
- Counseling on drug and alcohol dependency
- Assistance on a wide range of personal issues
