President and CEO

Brendan P. Keegan is President and Chief Executive Officer for Worldwide TechServices. Keegan promotes the company’s vision of leading the services industry in both client experience and business value.

Keegan most recently served as President of BancTec’s ITO business and led the strategy, capital raise, turnaround and subsequent divesture of this business unit into Worldwide TechServices. Prior to BancTec, Keegan led a series of capital raises, turnarounds and subsequent mergers serving as President, Emerging Markets for Seven Worldwide; President and CEO, Revenue Edge Ventures; President and CEO, Bravanta and Senior Vice President, Netigy. Keegan began his career at Electronic Data Systems, where he served in numerous management capacities culminating to the role of Chief Sales Officer.

A technology leadership veteran, Keegan has raised more than half a billion dollars in capital from venture capitalists, private equity firms and private investors and maintained an internal rate of return twice the industry average for these investors. Keegan has been quoted in many global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fast Company, InformationWeek and CNET. He has also received industry awards for his leadership from Fast Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Keegan is currently on the boards of Worldwide TechServices and the non-profit Special Friends Foundation. He has previously served on the boards of MIST, Bravanta and Revenue Edge Ventures.

Keegan earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from The George Washington University.
