Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Administration

Norm Lombardi is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Administration for Worldwide TechServices. Lombardi is responsible for all human resource functions including talent recruitment and management, employee benefits and relations, and leadership development across the company’s global operations.

Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Lombardi served as Director of Human Resources for Wang/Getronics. Previous to Wang/Getronics, Lombardi held human resource leadership positions serving as Director of Human Resources; American Health Care and as Director of House Personnel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Lombardi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Public Administration from Western New England College. Lombardi is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
