 Vice President, Sales and Client Management – Dell & OEM Clients, EMEA Andy Sweet is Vice President, Sales and Client Management – Dell and OEM Clients for Worldwide TechServices. Sweet is responsible for client acquisition, client satisfaction, client retention, and sales for all Dell and OEM clients across EMEA. Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Sweet served as a Partner Manager at Dell. While at Dell, Sweet managed the BancTec ITSM account and led the Field Delivery Customer Experience Program. Previous to Dell, Sweet served as Corporate Account Manager, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines; National Account Manager, Chep; National Account Manager, Budget Car Rental; and Service Manager, Avaya. Sweet earned his bachelor of science degree from Brunel University. |
