A good friend of mine, Sean, from about 2 decades ago sent me an email out of the blue yesterday letting me know of the great service he received in the Washington, D.C. area from Jim our technician. Sean and his wife Ann are successful entrepreneurs and are our typical small business end users – when their system is down they need good help in a hurry. Jim provided that support and did so in a professional and unobtrusive way.
