IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) are an extension of our Break Fix Services and involve dispatching a trained and qualified technician to install new products, move devices, or perform software and hardware upgrades. From the installation of a wireless network in a customer’s home to upgrading the memory capacity of hundreds of desktops in an office environment, our IMAC Services handle IMAC activity of any size or scope. We’ve modeled this crucial service delivery organization to satisfy the varying levels of complexity associated with IMAC services:

• IMAC Services – Enterprise Technicians: Primarily supporting IMAC services in corporate, campus-based environments, these technicians work in coordination with a client’s IT personnel to conduct IMAC services that are more complex in nature, often involving enterprise networking and widespread upgrades.
   
• IMAC Services – Client Technicians: Primarily supporting the needs of our in-home and small office/home office (SOHO) customers, these technicians work on consumer-oriented IMAC activities such as installing wireless networks, new PCs, portables, printers, or setting up flat panel LCD TVs.
