Our parts management system is integrated with our service call management system, enabling door-to-door tracking of service parts in real time.   • Logistic Services - Consigned Inventory Management: We can integrate customer-owned inventory into our parts inventory and call management systems to track and monitor all outbound and inbound parts movement. We manage literally thousands of customer-owned parts every day in support of our various OEM and ITO relationships.
  • Logistic Services – Advanced Exchange: We can send out a new or refurbished item in advance of receiving the defective item. The customer is thus able to receive the part (and resolve the problem) sooner. We can then repair the defective part through our Depot Services business and restock it, making it available for the next call.
  • Logistic Services – Critical Parts Stocking: To support the needs of high-availability customers, we operate more than 300 parts stock houses around the world. This forward-stocking approach allows us to place critical parts where they are needed and to support same-day service requirements.
