Managed Deployment Services address the needs of customers requiring assistance with large-scale upgrades and installations. Successful engagements of this sort are dependent upon a high level of collaboration and communication with the client. This requires the assignment of a Certified Project Manager and involves the development of a detailed project plan. This plan ensures our technicians have a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements, including technical scope, scheduling parameters, and service level requirements of the project. Managed Deployment Services require the right resources:
- Managed Deployment Services – Certified Project Managers: Working directly with clients, our Certified Project Managers develop a project plan and work with our internal service delivery teams to ensure site readiness, scheduling, technician readiness, and project reporting. All facets of the deployment are managed by this resource.
- Managed Deployment Services – Enterprise Technicians: Available for more complex Managed Deployment Services, our Enterprise Technicians install enterprise networking devices (servers, switches, routers), multi-function printers, copiers, LCDs and other devices that demand training and experience.
- Managed Deployment Services – Client Technicians: Available to support Managed Deployment Services that might be considered routine in nature, our Client Technicians are skilled in the area of deploying desktops, portables, wireless networks and printers.
