TEWKSBURY, Mass., January 27, 2010 – QualxServ LLC, a global leader in delivering technology services and solutions, today announced that it is re-launching the company as Worldwide TechServices. Capitalizing on more than 50 years of delivering the industry's leading technology services and solutions, the new name reflects the company's global expertise in the technology services market.

QualxServ, which was founded by former Wang Laboratories employees, has been actively building its business on a global level. In January 2009, it acquired BancTec's ITSM division which provided comprehensive deployment and maintenance services for computers, servers, printers, peripherals and networks for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and information technology outsourcing (ITO) service providers in North America and Europe.

Today, Worldwide TechServices provides Infrastructure and Professional Services in over 50 countries and has more than 3,000 service technicians with over 250,000 certifications on a variety of technologies and platforms. The new branding and logo will appear in all company advertising, documentation, and client communications. A newly re-branded web site and URL at www.wwts.com is being launched today as well. The new web site features improved documentation, functionality, search, maps, language support and additional tools that will make it easier for clients and prospects to do business with Worldwide TechServices.
