Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steven M. Sieker is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Worldwide TechServices. Sieker is responsible for global finance, accounting and legal operations.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Sieker was Vice President of Finance for the BancTec ITSM division, where Sieker was responsible for global finance. In this role, Sieker re-engineered back office functions to increase divisional profitability. Sieker was instrumental in the divestiture of the ITSM division to Worldwide TechServices and was a key participant in BancTec’s re-capitalization efforts.
Previously, Sieker held leadership financial positions serving as Director Finance, SourceCorp and Corporate Controller at Intrusion. Sieker began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sieker holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University and is a licensed CPA. |

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Administration
Norm Lombardi is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Administration for Worldwide TechServices. Lombardi is responsible for all human resource functions including talent recruitment and management, employee benefits and relations, and leadership development across the company’s global operations.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Lombardi served as Director of Human Resources for Wang/Getronics. Previous to Wang/Getronics, Lombardi held human resource leadership positions serving as Director of Human Resources; American Health Care and as Director of House Personnel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
Lombardi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Public Administration from Western New England College. Lombardi is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. |
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Dov Horowitz is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for Worldwide TechServices. Horowitz is responsible for mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Horowitz is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the technology services, finance and telecommunications sectors. Although focused primarily on M&A, Horowitz's operational management background affords him a unique perspective and insight on mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Horowitz was a sales executive with IDT/UnionTelecard and C.S.U. Industries.
Horowitz holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Science from Pace University. Horowitz is a board member of Ohel, a non-profit organization providing children homes and family services.

Vice President, Infrastructure & Professional Services, EMEA
Steve Drake is Vice President, Infrastructure & Professional Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Worldwide TechServices. Drake is responsible for all field service delivery, financial management and client satisfaction for business across this geographic region.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Drake was Vice President EMEA at BancTec ITSM. Prior to this role, Drake held numerous leadership positions with BancTec including: General Manager of BancTec Service Europe, United Kingdom and Ireland Field Operations Manager, United Kingdom Service Development Manager, and Regional Service Manager.

Vice President, Sales and Client Management – OEM Clients, Americas
Tim Hipskind is Vice President, Sales and Client Management – OEM Clients for Worldwide TechServices. Hipskind is responsible for client acquisition, client satisfaction, client retention, and sales for all OEM clients including IBM, Sony, Hughes and Apple across the Americas region
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Hipskind was Managing Partner, Sales and Marketing at Open Technologies Group (OTG). Prior to OTG, Hipskind was Director of National Accounts, Wang Global and Getronics; National Account Manager, Bannex Corporation; Automation and Operations Finance Officer, First Union National Bank; and Teller Line Branch Manager, Crestar Bank.

Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Kae Kronthaler-Williams is Vice President, Worldwide Marketing for Worldwide TechServices. Kronthaler-Williams is responsible for strategic market planning, global messaging and branding, analyst and public relations and demand generation.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Kronthaler-Williams was the founder and General Manager of Marketing Sense, a marketing and public relations firm for both B2B and B2C companies, where she gained media coverage for clients in outlets including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Wall Street Journal, Miami Herald, New York Times Sunday Magazine, Boston Business Journal and The Boston Globe.
Previously, Kronthaler-Williams was the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Geotrust, a leading internet security company and Corporate Software, a software asset management company. She was the Senior International Marketing Manager for Professional Services while at IBM, and prior to that, was the Director of Marketing for NYNEX (now Verizon). Kronthaler-Williams’ career started at New England Business Services (NEBS), where, during her ten years of service, she was responsible for the marketing of five small business software products.

Tye A. Kuhlman is Vice President, Sales and Client Management – Dell, ITO and Corporate Clients, Americas for Worldwide TechServices. Kuhlman is responsible for client acquisition, client satisfaction, client retention, and sales for all ITO and Corporate clients across the Americas.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Kuhlman served as Vice President of Client Management at BancTec ITSM. Prior to BancTec, Kuhlman held numerous leadership positions serving as National Account Manager, Halifax Corporation and National Account Manager, Microserv, Inc.

Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Little was Vice President, Americas Operations at BancTec ITSM. Prior to this role at BancTec ITSM, Little served in a variety of field operations capacities at BancTec, Recognition Equipment Inc. and Lundy Financial Systems.
Little holds an Associates degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and is a member of CompTIA. |

Donna Martin is Vice President, Central Services and Professional Services, Americas for Worldwide TechServices. Martin is responsible for Information Systems, Global Command Center (GCC), Global Logistics Center (GLC), and Professional Services.
Prior to her current role, Martin held numerous leadership positions in Central Operations, Field Operations and Professional Services. Before joining Worldwide TechServices, Martin held leadership positions at Getronics, Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang.

Wes M. Oldenburg is Vice President, Sales and Client Management – Consumer Electronics and Retail for Worldwide TechServices. Oldenburg is responsible for client acquisition, client satisfaction, client retention, and sales for all Consumer Electronics and Retail clients across the Americas.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Oldenburg held a variety of key management positions with CompUSA, Best Buy and Montgomery Ward. Oldenburg began his career at General Electric where he served in numerous management positions for more than 15 years.

Philip S. Partington is the Vice President, Sales and Client Management – ITO, Corporate, Consumer Electronics and Retail, EMEA for Worldwide TechServices. Partington is responsible for client acquisition, client satisfaction, client retention, and sales for all Infrastructure Technology Outsourcers, Retail, Corporate and Consumer Electronics across EMEA.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Partington was Sales Director for Calyx Managed Services, an IT Infrastructure services provider in the UK and Ireland. He joined Calyx after a successful 6 year term at Fujitsu Services, where he was Sales Director for the Telco, Utilities and Manufacturing Business Unit. Before Fujitsu, he was co-founder and Sales & Marketing Director of ServiceTec, Ltd. Partington brings a wealth of experience in the Managed Services arena to Worldwide TechServices.

Andy Sweet is Vice President, Sales and Client Management – Dell and OEM Clients for Worldwide TechServices. Sweet is responsible for client acquisition, client satisfaction, client retention, and sales for all Dell and OEM clients across EMEA.
Prior to joining Worldwide TechServices, Sweet served as a Partner Manager at Dell. While at Dell, Sweet managed the BancTec ITSM account and led the Field Delivery Customer Experience Program. Previous to Dell, Sweet served as Corporate Account Manager, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines; National Account Manager, Chep; National Account Manager, Budget Car Rental; and Service Manager, Avaya.

Before joining Worldwide TechServices, Wayne served in a variety of leadership capacities in Information Technology and Program Management at Bull Information Systems, Wang, Honeywell, and Getronics. |
