Seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive to Drive Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic PartnershipsTEWKSBURY, Mass. – August 4, 2009: QualxServ LLC, a leading provider of technology deployment and field delivered support services, today announced that Dovie Horowitz is joining the company as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. In this role, Horowitz is charged with supporting QualxServ's mission to be a global leader of technology services worldwide through mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Prior to assuming the EVP position at QualxServ, Horowitz served in a variety of sales and marketing executive leadership roles. He was a sales executive at IDT/UnionTelecard and C.S.U. Industries. Dov was instrumental in developing an ecommerce division at UTA, selling online calling cards for the parent Telecom company IDT. This division was very successful and sales rose 95% in less than 6 months, causing the division to turn profitable within one year. Horowitz holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Science from Pace University. "Dov's sales, marketing and operational management background combined with strong knowledge of the technology services, finance and telecommunications markets make him uniquely qualified to lead our merger, acquisition, and strategic partnership efforts," said Brendan P.
