QualxServ to Provide Infrastructure and Professional Services for Dell Customers across Canada
TEWKSBURY, Mass. – June 9, 2009: QualxServ LLC, a leading provider of technology deployment and field delivered support services, today announced a partnership agreement with Dell Canada to provide Infrastructure and Professional Services to Dell's Canadian customers. QualxServ manages over 1.5 million service events for Dell across 50 countries so the company was the likely choice to assist Dell in managing its large install base of customers across Canada. The Infrastructure and Professional Services to be provided will include on-site repair and installation services.
