Technology Veteran to Lead Global Expansion of QualxServ
TEWKSBURY, Mass. - February 3, 2009: QualxServ LLC, a leading provider of technology deployment and field delivered support services, today announced that Brendan P. Keegan has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Bob Lerner. As CEO, Keegan will be responsible for architecting the growth of QualxServ and its mission to be the leading provider of technology services worldwide.Keegan comes to Qualxserv from BancTec, where he served as President of the ITSM division which was acquired by QualxServ on January 15, 2009. Keegan joined BancTec from Seven Worldwide, where he served as President, Emerging Markets and Global Sales. Prior to that role, he was President and CEO of Bravanta and Chief Sales Officer/ Vice President of Global Sales at Electronic Data Systems, (EDS). "Brendan's energy and experience will provide the leadership necessary to lead QualxServ during the Company's integration of ITSM and its next phase of global expansion," said George Karfunkel, QualxServ chairman. "Brendan will replace Bob Lerner, who worked for QualxServ for over three decades and was the driving force in establishing QualxServ.
